By purchasing/obtaining any of my art or designs you are automatically agreeing to abide by my terms of service!Please make sure to read through them before purchasing any art/designs from me!Any infringement of my terms of service may lead to blacklisting. Those on my blacklist will be banned from obtaining any of my art or designs.

○ General TOS ○
➼ Do not guilt trip, harass, threaten me, etc. (please be respectful!)➼ Do not impersonate me/steal my art (I do allow reposts as long as I am still credited!)➼ I don't mind people referencing my art/using it as inspiration for your own artworks but please credit me if you post/share it anywhere!➼ Please no tracing though!
○ Art TOS ○
➼ Please credit me!! You may use any commissioned art however you wish as long as it remains respectful and I am credited for the art➼ Please do not remove my watermark➼ Do not ghost me/refuse to respond after ordering a commission➼ All payments made through PayPal friends and family
(all Paypal fees are to be covered by the buyer)➼ Full payment must be made after sketch has been completed/approved
(I will not continue the drawing until full payment has been made)➼ I will finish all commissions within 3 months of the sketch being completed/receiving payment unless personal circumstances prevent me from doing so
(you will be notified if I need an extension/must cancel the comm - if cancelled you will receive a refund!)
(turnaround time may vary depending on my availability - please be patient!)➼ After payment has been made, I do not do refunds of any kind unless I am unable to finish the comm due to personal circumstances
(you will be notified if this occurs!)➼ I will not draw anything I am uncomfortable with (NSFW, hate, excessive gore, etc.) so please do not pressure me into doing so!
(feel free to ask what I am/am not comfortable with drawing!)➼ I have the right to refuse/cancel any commission due to personal circumstances or if they make me uncomfortable
○ Design TOS ○
➼ Please credit me!! You may use the design however you wish as long as it remains respectful and I am credited for the art/design➼ Redesigns/overhauls are fine as long as I am still credited for the original design and the redesign/overhaul is not offensive/disrespectful in any way➼ Please do not remove my watermark➼ Please do not trade my designs to blacklisted users➼ My designs may not be sold for more than their base value (or the value they were initially purchased for) unless additional value has been added via purchasing commissions (proof of commission/value must be approved by me before selling) - those found violating this rule may be subject to blacklisting➼ I will not take responsibility for any scams involved with selling of my designs (full responsibility lies with those directly involved in the trade)➼ A Toyhouse account is preferred for owning one of my designs but not required - if trading my design to a user without a Toyhouse please transfer the design's profile back to me

The following users are banned from purchasing any of my art/owning any of my designs for failing to follow my terms of service.Please do not trade any of my designs to those on this list!
